The bedrooms, which both have Smart TVs, consist of a second-floor super-king-size with en-suite basin and WC, and a king-size with en-suite bathroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a rear patio with seating, along with off-road parking for one car, with an additional parking permit for one being available on request. Within 0.1 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub, and within 1.3 miles, a lake. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Note: There is off-road parking in front of the property for one car, however guests should be warned that that access is very narrow into the cobbled yard and space to manoeuvre can be limited at times, therefore for guest convenience one parking permit for parking in the central village car park is provided, a 2 minute walk away from Jessamine Cottage. Guests need to assess whether their vehicle can safely fit through the entrance into Red Lion Yard, this is the responsibility of the guest.
