The second bedroom has zip-link twin beds - normally made up as one king-size bed, although you can request twin beds if required. The third bedroom has one full size single bed.
The main family bathroom, is fully tiled, and offers a bath complete with mains shower over, basin and toilet.

There are two sets of wooden table and chairs to seat four and two respectively, offering the opportunity to dine al fresco in the summer months.

A natural stream known as Chaplin’s Beck flows through the garden, often complete with ducks paddling along, giving the house its’ name. There are also beautiful planters and borders, making it a colourful and pretty place to sit and soak in the views whilst listening to the murmur of the water.

Please note that the garden is not enclosed from the road nor the stream, and as such children must be closely supervised at all times.
