This upside-down, two-storey holiday home is the perfect getaway for families and provides all the comforts required to enjoy a wonderful stay at Fell End. Each property comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living area and a separate kitchen area spread across two floors, with extensive outdoor space. The ground floor has one double bedroom with en-suite shower, one twin room and one bedroom with bunk beds. The family bathroom with shower over bath is also situated downstairs. Upstairs you’ll find the spacious living area with large comfy sofa’s and a flatscreen TV, the fully equipped and well designed kitchen/dining area offers everything you need to enjoy a lovely family meal. Outside you have a decked area with garden furniture so you can enjoy a lovely cuppa while the sun is shining. . Fell End is a stunning, award-winning park that is located in an Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty in the southern Lake District. This tranquil park has an abundance of wildlife and wonderful woodland walks for you to explore. With 28 acres of perfectly landscaped meadows and woodland that has been transformed by tree planting, flowering shrubs and natural limestone, you’ll feel like your strolling around your own amazing secret garden.
Fell End nature reserve really does get you into the wildlife spirit, if you’re lucky you’ll spot some deer, marsh harrier, heron and much more from the three hides the park has. You can gain access to the nature reserve by visiting the Fell End reception.
The facilities at Fell End are just as good and provide a perfect base for you to enjoy a swim at the indoor heated swimming pool. The leisure club allows those gym goers to hit a session or two with the fully equipped gym and steam room (please note charges apply), and while you work out there is a kid’s soft play area and amusement arcade to keep them busy.
When you’ve finished burning those calories it’s time to put them back on in the superb Woodland Edge bar and restaurant, here you’ll find a range of food options and cold beverages to appease those taste buds! For you sports fans, Woodland Edge Bar and Restaurant also shows BT Sports.
