Belsfield Cottage is a spacious four storey house in the centre of Bowness on Windermere with breath-taking views. The property is quietly situated yet is highly convenient for some of the town’s most popular attractions, including 450 yards from World of Beatrix Potter and 0.9 miles from Lake Windermere. Overlooking the incredible, vast Lake Windermere, this comfortable cottage is in prime Lake District location. Set in the heart of Bowness on Windermere it is perfect for visiting the town’s most popular attractions. The balcony and gorgeous patio area provide a fantastic view of the town and lake, whilst inside the stylish, comfortable and modern home, with space for seven guests, provides the perfect space for family time.

1. Belsfield Cottage is a no smoking property, please note that due to this smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property, any instances of smoking within the property will carry a £500 levy for intensive cleaning to be carried out.
2. If you wish to smoke at the property, there is a designated smoking area to the rear of the property which can be accessed through the games room and from the garden. Please dispose of any cigarette ends in the smoking bins provided.
3. Outdoor Shoes are not permitted to be worn within the property please remove these in the entrance hall.
4.You are permitted to bring up to 3 pets to the property. However, we ask that these are not allowed on the internal furniture.
5. If you have brought your fury friend with you please ensure that you clean up after them, if any dog mess is left for our house keeper to clean up there will be a charge of £100.00 for this to be removed.
6. Listening to music is wonderful however please be respectful of our neighbours and the surrounding areas, noise disturbances will not be tolerated.
7. The house is for recreational use only, no parties or events are permitted.
8. If there is any instances of breakages or damage within the property please notify us as soon as possible.
9. Please use the coasters provided when placing glasses, cups or mugs on surfaces.
10. Indoor furniture should not be moved from their current position.
11. Please empty the bins, dishwasher & fridge before departing the property.
12. Most importantly please enjoy your stay and enjoy this stunning property.
