Rockside is like having a private member’s club all to yourself. Newly-renovated, this contemporary, three-bedroom villa has a smart Mayfair-style aesthetic as well as a pristine lawned garden with patio and stone steps leading up to a luxurious terrace featuring a brand new hot tub cabana with views over the quiet, tree-lined streets of Windermere. Yet only a short stroll away are the busy restaurants, bars and shops of this famous Cumbrian town, nestled between the lakes and fells of the UNESCO World Heritage Lake District.
Inside the hot tub Cabana it features a state of the art electronic privacy blind so you can relax and unwind in the privacy of your very own hot tub house.

Rockside features a fully-fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, a chic, light-filled sitting room with patio doors leading on to the private gardens. Upstairs are three large bedrooms: two featuring king-size beds and one with a luxury bunk bed designed for use by adults and/or children plus a good-sized bathroom with bath and shower. All fixtures and fittings are curated with an expert-eye to make your stay as pleasing to the eye as it is supremely comfortable.
Rockside comes with off-street parking for one vehicle and on street free parking for at least two more cars.
Please note there is no dining table - we do have a breakfast bar as seen on the photos. Please go through the photos before booking.
Our place is located only 5 minutes walk from the lovely Windermere village with the lake only 10 minutes walk this makes for a must have for luxury and location.
We are a pet friendly venue - we do ask that you do keep your pets off the furniture.
