Bobbin Mill Cottage is a lovely main house with studio situated in the hamlet of Lakeside, just over a mile from Newby Bridge in the Lake District National Park. The main house sleeps six people in one ground floor double with en-suite, one double and one twin with day bed together with a shower room. Also in the main house is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. In the studio there is one double bedroom with en-suite and kitchen with breakfast bar and sitting area. Outside is ample off road parking and a private enclosed garden with a stream and furniture. Bobbin Mill Cottage is in an ideal location for exploring this lovely part of the country.

Note: Mobile phone reception can be limited. Note: There are sloping ceilings in both the main house and studio with some restricted height, especially in the studio bedroom. Note: The studio has a separate entrance up a flight of stairs. Note: The oven and hob in the studio have been disconnected and therefore can't be used. Note: The AGA and woodburner can get very hot, children must be prevented from touching them. Please note: This property has installed CCTV covering just the outside entrances of the property, they are installed for everyone's safety; the owner is registered with the ICO.
