Horrockwood is in a truly rural location, close to Ullswater the second largest lake in the Lake District and a place that inspired the famous work of English poet, William Wordsworth. Step aboard an Ullswater steamer to explore the lake in style or hire a rowing boat for a fun morning amongst friends. The beautiful village of Pooley Bridge is just a short drive away with great dining options and shops to browse.
