Lovely pet friendly family cottage in the heart of Windermere. Aspen Cottage has plenty of space for a large family or a couple of families to spread out. It also has off road and on-street parking as well as a modern fitted kitchen incorporating range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. It is located within a minute's walk of Windermere High Street’s wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants and makes accessing Bowness-on-Windermere and other Lake District hot spots a doddle!
Ground Floor: Shower room (electric shower, toilet, basin, electric towel radiator and extractor fan), fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, double electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher (a few dishwasher tablets provided), washing machine (a few laundry pods provided) and dryer), dining room (electric coal effect fire and under stairs cupboard with iron, ironing board, highchair, vacuum cleaner, mop and cleaning supplies), lounge (wood burner (no wood provided, can easily be purchased locally), 32" TV and DVD player)
First Floor: Bathroom (electric shower over the bath, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and extractor fan), 1 x single bedroom (travel cot under the bed), 1 x double bedroom (hairdryer in drawers), 1 x twin bedroom
Second Floor: 1 x double bedroom (hairdryer in drawers), 1 x twin bedroom, Shower room (electric shower, toilet, basin and extractor fan), Boiler cupboard

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed on the ground floor, they must not go upstairs to the bedrooms. Food and water bowls are provided but please bring your own bedding and towels for your dog. There is no outside space but a map of nearby parks suitable for walking your dogs is provided in the guest manual.
There will be a £50 call out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost.
There will be a £100 fee to cover the administration and purchase of a new parking permit if the permit is not left at the property on your departure.
