The entire building has been modernised throughout and the interior finished to a high standard, featuring comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 2 guests. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern bathroom, with a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Situated on a quiet road adjacent to the river Trent, you will be within easy reach of the town centre whilst avoiding the hustle and bustle. It's just a 15 minute walk to the town centre and the Octagon Shopping centre respectively. There is an aldi supermarket just 5 minutes away, and Burton-on-Trent railway station is just a 15 minute walk.
Getting Around:
Most of the town is easilly accessible on foot and there are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within 15 minutes walk of the apartment. Burton-on-Trent railway station is just a 15 minute walk away, with links to Birmingham, Derby and beyond. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby road.

For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
