Matlock Bath has a huge selection of cafes and ice cream parlours, and is also the starting point for the cable car that takes you to the Heights of Abraham and many footpaths are accessible near to the cottage. Situated next to the owner s home, yet privacy is assured, a warm welcome awaits. Stepping into the cottage you are welcomed into the bright and airy lounge/diner with floor to ceiling windows that let the light flood in. The cottage character is enhanced with the exposed beams and impressive fireplace which houses a beautiful wood burner. Put your feet up on the comfy seating by the Smart TV after a day hiking the surrounding hills. The dining table is situated by the window with pretty garden views and hosts a great spot for lazy breakfasts. The kitchen offers all you need for a comfortable stay such as electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. Upstairs on the first floor the cottage offers two pleasant bedrooms, a double with complimenting pine furniture and a pretty twin bedroom decorated with calming neutral tones. Don t forget your bubble bath as the bathrooms offers a shower over bath and WC. Outside there is seating to the front of the cottage which is ideally situated to take in the pretty surrounding countryside. There is off road parking for two cars.
