This detached cottage is located on the boarder of the Peak District National Park within the owner s grounds. Situated close by to Chesterfield this ensures the location has fantastic transport links. Chatsworth House and Gardens is on the doorstep and boasts a fantastic day out for the whole family, the farm shop is not to be missed. The nearby town of Bakewell is a popular stop with those who visit, being home to the famous Bakewell Pudding shop. The area provides a wonderful selection of country pubs, cafes and restaurant to enjoy. Not forgetting you are spoilt for choice on the surrounding countryside walks, cycle paths and bridleways to explore. Stepping inside the cottage you are welcomed by the charming country cottage kitchen/diner. The kitchen provides everything you will need for a home from home stay, such as combo microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The heart of the kitchen is the beautiful Aga, which is fully working, and warming. The dining area presents a traditional farmhouse table and the ideal base for those lazy breakfasts whilst taking in the surrounding views. Stepping down a handful of steps into the lounge area the stylish charm continues. There is a wood burner for those cosy nights in and a large flat screen TV and comfortable sofas to relax on. Upstairs the cottage offers two bedrooms, one king size with en suite shower and WC, and one king size zip and link (which can be made into twin upon request) with en suite bathroom with slipper bath, enclosed shower and WC. Outside the garden area has a patio, seating and built in BBQ, perfect for warm summer evenings and dining alfresco. There is an allocated parking area for two cars next to the cottage.
