Main Street, East Bank, and West Bank are connected by alleyways known as 'ginnels,' which are well worth investigating. The Morris dancers, the annual Shrove Tuesday pancake race, the Wakes events in June, and the Secret Gardens of Winster event in July are all well-known in Winster. A well-stocked, community-owned general store with a Post Office is located within the town.

Located in Bakewell, this cottage is in a rural area and near theme parks. Heights of Abraham and Cromford Canal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Chesterfield Market and Buxton Baths. Baked Well Pottery Painting and Bloomers Original Bakewell Puddings are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling, horse riding, and hiking nearby.
