Also ideal for families, with a days adventure cycling on the High Peak Trail, with bike hire available from Middleton Top. Carsington Water is just a short drive away and you will find a wide variety of water activities from Canoeing, Paddle Boarding and Sailing with specific tuition dedicated to families. In Mattock you will find some great attractions which will appeal to children, including a ride on the cable cars at The Heights of Abram, Matlock Farm Park and Little Monkeys Play Center. The charming towns and villages of Matlock, Ashbourne and Bakewell are also easily accessible housing a myriad of other attractions; there's truly something for everyone!
