Head to the beautiful village of Ashover, set in the picturesque conservation site of Amber Valley and renowned as being one of the prettiest villages in Derbyshire. Matlock, a former spa town not far away, offers a wide variety of activities for visitors of all ages, or for those seeking adventure, Cariston Water is ideal for cycle hire, watersport and fishing, plus the Lost Earth Adventure group offers climbing, abseiling, hiking, caving, canyoning, gorge walking and challenge events in the Peak District. The property is also close to Chatsworth, Bolsover castle, Bakewell, Castleton (Blue John Cavern) and just a short car journey from the Peak District National Park. The Chapel is the perfect romantic retreat on the edge of the Peak District National Park.
