The sizeable and light-flooded house is situated in a great location, being only a 4-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the centre of Burton-Upon-Trent, a 45-minute drive to the beautiful Peak District, a 30-minute drive to the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch and a 40-minute drive to the historic city of Derby in the north-east. The house sleeps 4 in beds and 1 in a sofa bed and comes with free on-street parking.
The house itself is within walking distance to various amenities including a Tesco supermarket, a leisure park with a cinema and delicious restaurants for takeaway or eat-in, as well as home-improvement stores and a large garden centre.
