Renovated to a quality standard on the 2nd floor, the two bedroomed, dual en-suite apartment offers a relaxing stay. The open plan living room shares the kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining table with chairs for 6 and can comfortably suit eating guests, with further relaxation to be found on the L-shaped sofa and TV.

The two bedrooms, one a luxury king sized double bed and another twin room, both with wardrobe and en suite shower rooms. The sofa unfolds to a comfortable bed where a 5th guest could potentially sleep. A perfect destination for couples or families. Although Matlock does offer many places to eat, the kitchen comes fully stocked should you wish to stay in.

Please be aware, the apartment is situated on the second floor and only accessible via a staircase, which may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.

Crown Square and the river Derwent lie at the heart of Matlock, and the gateway to award-winning Hall Leys Park with its boating lake, riverside walks, tennis courts and skateboard park. For a trip back in time, hop on a steam or diesel train operated by Peak Rail from Matlock to Rowsley, or head for nearby Crich Tramway Village and pay an old penny to ride on a vintage tram. Guests can alternatively head for the Heights of Abraham and take a cable car ride between spectacular limestone cliffs and wooded slopes for panoramic views of the Derwent Valley.
