Victoria House is a fantastic self-catering property able to serve up to eight guests. It is located in the heart of the market town of Glossop which offers shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés to be enjoyed within walking distance. Just yards from the property is the train station with links direct into Manchester city centre.
Glossop is known for its outdoor activities from rock climbing, cycling, mountain biking and walking, with many trails nearby, with the most commonly known being the Longendale Trail. There are many other Peak District towns nearby such as Castleton which is home of the caverns that you can explore via boat, Chatsworth House which is full of history, Edale which has ample hills to walk known as the Great Ridge, plus Buxton, Bakewell and Matlock all having great things to offer. Once you have spent the day exploring the area, you have a wonderful home to retreat to.
Enter into the kitchen which is fully equipped with all you should need and plenty of worktop space to prepare those homely meals, the kitchen also has a breakfast bar perfect for quality family time and is open plan to the dining area and comfortable living area. There is a single bedroom located on the ground floor and a toilet. Upstairs there are four further bedrooms made up of two doubles, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with bath and separate cubicle shower, plus one of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. Outside is a tiered garden offering views over the town and plenty of seating, not forgetting a driveway with parking space for two cars. Pub and restaurant 120 yards.
