This luxury Grade II listed cottage rests in the market town of Bakewell and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Castle Hill is part of a Georgian Grade II listed building set within a courtyard in Bakewell. It comprises four bedrooms; three super king-size doubles with zip/link beds, one with en-suite bathroom, and a ground floor super king-size double, sleeping eight people altogether. No infants or children under 5 years old can be accepted. The interior also boasts a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom with utility area, along with an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is off-road parking for 2 cars and a patio area to the side with furniture. Castle Hill is a luxurious getaway in the heart of the Peak District National Park.

Situated within the Peak District National Park, it is ideally placed for exploring this beautiful region. Both the rugged Dark Peak and the softer limestone White Peak are within easy reach, and Alton Towers, Britain’s premier theme park, is only a short drive away. There are many stately homes to visit including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall.

Located in Bakewell, this cottage is in a rural area. All Saints Church and Old House Museum are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Chesterfield Market and Buxton Baths. Virgin Balloon Flights and Baked Well Pottery Painting are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as cycling and hiking/biking trails in the area.
