Gather family, friends and couples to this inviting dwelling, with a range of attractions to suit all, from visiting and meandering around the quaint towns and villages of the Peaks, to challenging treks and climbs for those who like an outdoor challenge. Matlock Bath provides something to suit everyone, with its great selection of shops, pubs and cafes to try. The surrounding area is delightfully picturesque with steep sided wooded hills, rocky crags and pretty cottages following the river, offering a number of scenic routes and good views. A short walk down the promenade and you are at the glorious Heights of Abraham where you can reach the stunning hilltop park via a cable car ride, with cavern tours and walking trails to discover at the top. Gulliver’s Kingdom is a 5-minute walk and is an all action theme park for younger children. The park plays host to roller coasters, log flumes and everything you would expect from the UK’s Number 1 children’s theme park brand. Other places of interest within a short drive include Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Arkwright’s Mill, Gulliver’s Kingdom and the Crich Tramway Museum to name a few.
