Inside you will also find an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, utility room. Roadside parking is available for two cars. Patio with garden furniture and hot tub. Matlock Views really is the perfect location for a family holiday to remember in the Peak District town of Matlock.

Fuel and power inc rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture, hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Please note the hot tub is drained and thoroughly cleaned between each booking and may not be up to the optimum temperature upon arrival, we ask for your patience while it is maintaining the correct temperature. Due to the property being in a built up area the owner respectfully request that the hot tub is vacated by 10:30pm, thank you.
