Slade House is a wonderful historic house based near Ilam, Derbyshire. It is set over three floors. It has four bedrooms: one first floor king-size with an en-suite shower room, one first floor king-size with en-suite bathroom and two second floor super king-size (zip/link). There is a second floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a sitting room. Outside has a courtyard area and a front lawned garden. Off-road parking is available for several cars. Slade House is a wonderful holiday home in the heart of the Peak District.

With over 200 buildings which includes the historic Grade I listed Old Grammar School, St Oswoald's Parish Church, or a 17th century mansion which was once home to the 'King of Ashbourne', and family-run weekly open-air markets - you won't be short of places to visit.

Located in Ashbourne, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Churnet Valley Railway and The Old Manor are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Peak District National Park and Dovedale National Nature Reserve. Traveling with kids? Consider Alton Towers, or check out an event or a game at Harrison Park. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking/biking trails and cycling.
