There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a games room. The kitchen comprises an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. The rental price includes use of the central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels. For entertainment, there is a TV and WiFi. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard at the front of the property and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub. There is off-road parking provided for up to FIVE cars. Apologies, but smoking is not permitted at this property. For your local amenities, there is a shop within 1.2 miles and a pub within 0.6 miles. Guests should be mindful that there are a handful of internal steps on the ground-floor that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
