The Wellington - A Home For You (3 Bedrooms, 1 Sofa-Bed, 2 Bathrooms), Burton-Upon-Trent

Derbyshire. Sleeps up to 8

Wow! Book ME......and here's why :)

The Wellington is a newly renovated, modern 3-bedroom house, perfect for those who wish to visit the area for both work and play. There is allocated parking to the rear of the house with enough space for 2 cars or a big van if you don't have a car. It doesn't matter as it is on the main road straight into the Town Centre; it is only a 5-minute walk to a supermarket, restaurants and the 9-screen Cineworld, 8 minutes to the National Brewery Centre and only a little further (10 minutes in total) to the centre.

For those on business, The Wellington is only a short walk down the road to the Granary Wharf Business Park, or a 4-minute drive to the Bretby Business Park.

The property can accommodate up to 8 people, with up to 5 separate beds (as the super king bed in Bedroom 1 splits into 2 singles) and the table can extend to seat everyone too!! To encourage a bit of relaxation, there is a comfortable lounge with a TV offering Netflix so you can put your feet up and enjoy some online entertainment. To get you going in the morning, there is a lovely coffee machine, with a range of complimentary coffee pods, tea or hot chocolate available....depending upon how you wish to start you day!

Book ME and RELAX, the task is done. Simplicity is TiiGO!

This vacation home is located in Burton on Trent. Claymills Victorian Pumping Station and Sharpe's Pottery Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Sudbury Hall and the National Trust Museum of Childhood and Owl House Spa. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Pirelli Stadium or Edge Hill.
