Winnow Barn is situated on a former dairy farm which nestles in a tranquil hamlet amidst the picturesque setting of the Peak District National Park. It is situated between Dovedale and the Manifold Valley.
This stunning barn has four characterful bedrooms each with en-suite facilities. The large open plan living/kitchen dining area features a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and a log burning stove for cosy evenings in. Winnow Barn is furnished to a high standard throughout and crisp white bed linen and luxurious fluffy white towels are included. The country style kitchen has excellent cooking facilities but should you choose to eat out there are numerous pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby.
We have an eco wood fired hot tub overlooking the ancient meadows which is available to book in advance - an extra fee applies.
Although it is still a working farm we understand that holidays are all about relaxation. Our friendly animals enjoy lazy mornings and lots of cuddles from our visitors and in springtime there may also be a hungry lamb waiting to be bottle fed.
Walking to Dovedale, the Manifold valley and Hartington is available along footpaths straight from the farm.
