Sun streams into the multiple windows morning to night. Enjoying a glass of wine at sundown is highly recommended whilst watching the glorious sunsets and of course, the many wild bunnies!

Ebford is located in the heart of the prestigious Golden Triangle in East Devon. It is equidistant between the seaside town of Exmouth and Exeter. Both are only 15 minutes drive away.
Channel 4's 'Village of the Year', Lympstone is within walking distance as is the beautiful historical harbour town of Topsham. Both can be reached via the coastal footpath and cycle path adjoining Bunny Barn.

5 minutes walk away is the award winning Darts Farm, selling a wide range of local and organic produce. There is also a popular cafe/brasserie serving breakfast and lunch, together with a range of teas, coffees and smoothies.
Outside there is a fish and chip shop serving a vast variety of daily caught fish.

Bunny Barn caters for all tastes and experiences. Whether you are after a break to relax, enjoy family time, sight see, engage in sport or even have a party. If you are a keen tennis player there is an excellent tennis court in the grounds with a circular viewing platform equipped with its own fridge, perfect for entertaining or relaxing.

This vacation home is located in Exeter. Exmouth & Orcombe Point Walk and Exmouth to Lympstone Walk are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Princesshay and Guildhall Shopping Centre. Topsham Pool and Topsham Museum are also worth visiting.
