Outside is a two-tiered garden, pond, private parking and a separate playroom. Higher Hill Barn is a spacious, luxury property, ideal for an extended family countryside break.

Living room has 48" Smart TV with DVD player and surround sound system, wood-burning stove and Juliet balcony. Additional Smart TV in snug. An air-sourced heat pump supplies hot water and under-floor heating. Wireless broadband internet and telephone (tba) available. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels are provided. Located in Kingsbridge, this cottage is in a rural area. Salcombe Maritime Museum and Overbecks Museum and Garden are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Start Point Lighthouse and Coleton Fishacre. Slapton Ley Field Centre and Woodlands Family Theme Park are also worth visiting.
