Entering this stunning property, you are immediately greeted by the light and airy hall. From here head into the first lounge which has a wood burner set in an inglenook fireplace and Smart TV this leads through to the second lounge which also boasts a wood burner set in an inglenook fireplace and a Smart TV. In between both lounges is a stable door that opens into the enclosed garden, in the summer you can open the door to let the outside in. From the second lounge, step into the well equipped kitchen/diner. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook and entertain with an electric AGA, an electric oven and hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a large dining table seating 10 where you can spend quality time with your loved ones, or celebrate an occasion with friends. There is a utility room off the hall that houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and there is also a boot room with a freezer. Completing the downstairs accommodation is a shower room with a shower and WC. When the day draws to a close head upstairs from the hall and retire to bed in one of the four bedrooms. The master is a super king size with an impressive, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and views, head up two steps to the Jack and Jill en suite bathroom with bath, handheld shower and WC which can also be accessed from the landing. The second spacious bedroom has a double bed and 3ft bunk beds. There are two further king size bedrooms which both enjoy views over the garden and countryside beyond. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over a bath and WC. Please be aware there is a second staircase with very steep cottage style stairs with a stairgate at the top. Venturing outside from the two lounges is a patio with outside seating for everyone. You will also find a charcoal BBQ, ideal for spending an evening surrounded by friends and family. There is a large enclosed lawned garden with swings, a playhouse and football nets, so you can enjoy some family friendly competition. There is also a games barn with a skate ramp, ping pong table, basketball net and garden games and toys, perfect to keep children entertained for hours or relax in the wood fired hot tub.The property also features ample off road parking.
