Two further doubles both with sea views and one boasting an en suite shower room with shower and WC and a twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request) with en suite shower room and WC, completing the first floor accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading up another flight of stairs to the second floor where the fifth and final bedroom is located, a double bedroom with beams and sloping ceilings and Velux windows. Heading outside the fully garden surrounds the house, on the seaward side there are stunning views to enjoy from a sun deck/terrace with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, a few steps down to the large lawn for the kids to run off some steam. There are two further patios on either side of the house and another raised lawn area offer more spots to relax.
