Stairs to lower ground floor: Bedroom 1: King sized 5ft bed with built in wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace. En suite shower room with walk in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, WC. Bedroom 2: King size 5ft bed, built in wardrobes and patio doors to terrace. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, built in wardrobes and patio doors to garden. Bedroom 4: Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunks, chest of drawers and bookshelves. Family bathroom with bath and handheld shower, separate shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Separate annex accessed across the garden path from the main house: Twin Bedroom with two 3ft single beds, central heating and en suite shower room. PLEASE CONFIRM AT TIME OF BOOKING IF ANNEX IS REQUIRED. 

Utility and boot room with washing machine and tumble dryer, sink, coat hooks and separate entrance from the garden, ideal if accessing with dog, walking gear or sports equipment.
