This large family home is set in a quiet and much sought after location within walking distance of local amenities and Croyde beach. The property enjoys stunning views towards Croyde bay, the sand dunes and out to sea. Croyde is a highly desirable seaside village and a popular holiday location, and is mainly known for its sandy bay offering excellent surfing and other water sports. At the north end is the jutting rock face of Baggy Point which offers a beautiful and tranquil coastal walk around the headland to Putsborough beach and in turn to Woolacombe. Around Downend headland to the south is the UNESCO heritage Saunton burrows and 3 1/2 mile-long Saunton Sands beach, as well as Saunton Golf Club which offers 36 holes of beautiful championship links golf.
Size: Sleeps 11 in 4 bedrooms. Beds:2 x Super King, 1 x King, 3 x Single beds and 1 x Bunk Beds (please note that the top bunk is minimum 6 years old). Rooms: Ground Floor - Kitchen, dining room, sitting room, snug room, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite shower room, two bedrooms, utility room and hallway. First floor - two bedrooms, office and shower room. Kitchen & Utilities: Fitted with a range of matching white wall and base units with grey roll top work surface, integrated Neff induction hob with extractor fan, Neff electric double oven and grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, four-slice toaster, kettle. Entertainment: 2 Smart TVs, Outdoor Jenga. Outside: The large garden has a patio area with shrubs and a wildflower meadow. Large tables and chairs for ten people. Separate small table and three chairs under a chestnut tree. Stone garden bench. Gas BBQ for 12. Clothes dryer. Wetsuit rinsing bucket and hanging racks. Parking: Private parking for up to five cars.
