Exclusive coarse fishing available in the small Marlpit lake is only yards away. The house is furnished to a very high standard and has a double height fully glazed lounge with wood burner. There is also a balcony off the main bedroom; a ground floor decking area to the rear and a large patio off the kitchen with outside seating for 12, plus barbecue. The accommodation comprises of 6 bedrooms, 2 ground floor, 1 double with en-0suite wetroom suitable for the less mobile, 1 double which can also be a twin, a further 4 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 of which are twin bedrooms, and 2 doubles, one of which has an en-suite and balcony looking over stunning views. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 ground floor wetroom, a first floor family bathroom and an en-suite. A fully insulated and heated Shepherds hut is available that sleeps 2 either in a double or 2 singles and is availab;le to hire.
The ground floor layout is open plan with the fully fitted kitchen and dining area leading off from the spacious double height lounge. Bi fold doors open to a verandah with uninterrupoted views where the hot tub is located. A wood burning stove is a central focus of the lounge and with underfloor heating this contemproary house is warm and cosy. From the dining area patio doors lead out to the patio and barbecue area with garden seating for 12 and a trampoline for the children. A short walk from the house is the Marl pit where fishing is available all year round. Stunning woodlands can be accessed from the doorstep and coast, country and towns a 20 minute drive away.
Blackdown Views is a wonderful Devon holiday home for family and friends to get together and to make special memories.

This vacation home is located in Cullompton. Tiverton Museum of Mid Devon Life and National Trust Killerton are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Tiverton Golf Club and Lyme Bay Winery.
