Lea View is in a lovely village location with beautiful views and only a short drive or brisk walk to the Quay. The driveway can accommodate plenty of parking with a small front lawn and walled shrubs, and too the rear a sizeable area to socialise with beautiful countryside views.
When you first enter the property you have plenty of room in the porch area to hang coats and store shoes, walking then into house there is a sizeable lounge with a large gas stove fire, which is fabulous for a cold winter evening. There is a long kitchen diner, with a separate utility room offering a washing machine and tumble dryer, with access to the back garden.
The dining area looks into the pool room, which is perfect for all the family to have fun, and also hosts a convenient shower room with toilet, plus it’s a perfect social area with a small additional room with seating and some bar stools.
There is a downstairs double en-suite bedroom that has an adjoining room with a TV, sofa and dressing area.
Upstairs there is 3 further double rooms, one of which is en-suite with a built in TV to the super king bed, also a twin and a single room sharing a shower room and a newly fitted bathroom either ends of the landing.
We can offer a Zbed for your convenience if needed for a child.

Located in Bideford, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Hartland Abbey and The Castle Bude are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Downe Spa and South West Coast Path Section 9 Trailhead. Shipwreck Museum and The Milky Way Adventure Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
