Kitchen and Utilities : Cosy kitchen, leading to the Conservatory. Fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, bread, and ice cream maker available. Entertainment : Wifi, smart TV, wood burning stove. Outside: The garden occupies 1.3 acres. Copious wildflowers in the spring. The owners have stated that, regrettably, it is not possible to gain access to the treehouse as it was built some years ago and they cannot guarantee it's safety. Parking : There is parking for numerous cars along the front drive - there is a tight corner if parking to the rear of the house where caution must be taken to avoid scraping the car on the side of the house. At the house a map will be available indicating where further free parking is available close to the house, or alternatively, there is pay to park down by the sea at the Sea Shanty Car Park. General : Oil central heating, no smoking, linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Pets: Up to 3 well behaved dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
