There are six double en-suite bedrooms, each with a desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The large lounge kitchen diner is fully equipped to enable a comfortable self-catering stay, with fridge freezer, cooker, and microwave, plus all the necessary utensils. There is smart TVs in each bedroom plus a 50-inch screen smart tv in the lounge area and superfast Wi-Fi flows throughout the property. With washing and drying facilities on site this property is ideally placed for a short city break or a longer holiday base to explore the surrounding areas.
Gulland House consists of deluxe en-suite bedrooms, two-, three- and six-bedroom apartments. These properties are perfect for short stays, city breaks or business guests. With its great central location, less than a 5-minute walk from Plymouth Train Station and close to bars, restaurants, and Drake Circus Shopping Centre.
