Up a oak and glass staircase is an attractive landing with access to the bedrooms, this cottage holds a master king-size with its own balcony looking out to the courtyard, as well as an en-suite shower room, whereas the super-king-size room can be changed to a twin if needed, with its very own en-suite bathroom, the whole first-floor is complemented by intimate sloped ceilings, hanging plants and vines, and wooden beams to complete the look. Moving next door is The Studio, another two-bedroom barn conversion with ground-floor bedrooms, two super-king-size rooms can be found here, with twin zip/link beds, both with their very own en-suite walk-in showers, heated towel rails and classic features throughout. Up the stairs takes you to the first-floor living area, an open-plan space with spectacular vaulted beam ceilings, a contemporary kitchen with great amenities, a dining table next to a breakfast bar, and two plush sofas sat around the homely woodburner, here also has access to a balcony area and doors to the rear parking. Next is the ground-floor Apartment, great for any young couples in the group who want privacy and alone time, this space comprises of a living room/diner and a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a wonderful space with romantic plants dotted among the high ceilings, Velux windows and cosy dining table, leading to a back door which enters The Coach House's private garden. Last but certainly not least is The Coach House, a handsome three-bedroom renovation boasting an enclosed garden with a lavish hot tub for fun evenings in, a lawned area for the kids to play and seating for alfresco dinners in the summer months. Rustle up a family meal in the spacious kitchen/diner, seating nine people at the formal dinner table and an extra three at the convenient breakfast bar, amenities include electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, similar to the other kitchen units within the complex. A separate sitting room awaits for all the family to gather and unwind after a long day of exploring the countryside, here you can settle in front of the woodburning stove as a film plays on the TV, also found on the ground-floor is a handy utility room and a cloakroom! Withdraw upstairs to one of the three pretty bedrooms, a super-king-size master with an en-suite shower room, a colour coordinated double and a large twin, also with an en-suite shower. The double room has full access to a separate bathroom, a perfect spot to run a hot bubble bath and enjoy an evening soak in below gorgeous slopes ceilings and bright Velux windows. All guests have access to the owner's estate facilities, take a dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool on a hot day, let the adults escape to the relaxing sauna while the kids play a game of tennis, you can also delight in a morning stroll throughout the secluded forest and around the sparkling lake. The quaint village of Bratton Clovelly is just a leisurely stroll away, passing the charming Clovelly Inn pub to sink down a refreshing afternoon pint or enjoy a delicious evening meal when you don't feel like cooking, also in the area is lovely church and a selection of scenic farming communities. Put on your walking boots and stroll along the Packhorse Trail, a three-mile walking tour around the whole village and back along Bridleway and Devon Banks, a lovely way to explore the tranquil surroundings. The village of Bridestowe is a quick drive down where you can shop at the village store and pick up any essentials that you might need to keep you stocked up throughout your stay, there's also a village hall, a chapel and a train station. Further afield is the traditional market town of Okehampton where you can explore the ruins of the ancient castle, visit the Victorian shopping arcade with independent retailers and fresh produce, as well as a charming park to enjoy picnics and lounging around on a sunny afternoon. Dartmoor National Park is a must-see destination, a landscape area of Devon where you're spoilt with a choice of difficult walking trails, challenging cycling routes, as well as the peaks of High Willhays, Yes Tor and Sourton Tors.
