In addition to these stunning coastal spots, guests will also be able to take pleasure in the historic towns of Combe Martin and Lynton and Lynmouth with its iconic Cliff Railway, both within 10 miles of the property. Upon entering the apartment you will immediately notice the fabulous blend of original and contemporary features throughout. From the original exposed beams to the open plan design you will not be disappointed. The kitchen area is well equipped providing everything guests need for a convenient stay, whilst the dining table sits guests comfortably, there is also a breakfast bar which is perfect to sit with a cuppa and plan the day s adventures ahead. Onwards again will bring you to the living space which contains a comfortable sofa from which to enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. There is a doorway separating this space from the bedroom which holds a small double bed (4ft), ample wardrobe space, and a dressing table. Completing the apartment is a shower room. Directly outside the front door guests have their own private outdoor seating, an ideal spot to enjoy your favourite tipple whilst watching the sunset.
