Set in a quiet lane off the main square and a free car park, the apartment has been lovingly renovated. The centre of this bustling village is just a few steps from the property and nearby traffic free walking and cycling can be enjoyed on the Tarka Trail. This hidden gem offers relaxing surroundings and walks set midway between the wild expanses of Dartmoor and Exmoor, while the rugged coastline and sandy beaches of the North and South Devon coast make for an enjoying a day at the seaside. On arrival at the property, you enter via the large double doors which lead you into the ground floor utility boot room, ideal for kicking off walking shoes and coats, washing down your four legged friend, washing and drying your walking gear or storing your surfboards, paddleboards or bikes. The washing machine and tumble dryer are found here along with a hose and tap and plenty of hooks to hang coats. A door then leads to an internal hallway where you will find the bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. The staircase then leads up to the main open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a bright and light space with everything you need to relax. A comfy sofa and Smart TV beckon you to put your feet up, and pretty countryside views can be enjoyed from the lounge and bedroom windows. There is a dining table and chairs which make mealtimes a breeze and the well equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge. The bedroom completes the accommodation and has a double bed with storage underneath. There is no outside area with the apartment, but green spaces are only a short stroll through the village. Parking is on the roadside subject to availability, but the village does offer a free car park just up from the property.
