Our holiday let accommodation has 2 en-suites, kitchenette, living/dining room and a good size bedroom.
The apartment has central heating also electric wall radiators in the bedroom and living room.
Bedroom has two 3 ft beds which can be put together with a mattress topper to make a super king-size bed. It has its own en-suite WC & walk in shower with an electric shower. French doors leading out to an al fresco dining area, with an oversized patio with sun loungers and many table & chairs one with a fire/bar-b-que. It has a freeview TV with netflix if you have an account
The Living/Dining room has a Leather reclining settee to unwind after your eventful day, dining table & 2 chairs, Flat screen TV. This room has a separate WC & shower cubicle with an electric shower, convenient for guests sleeping in this room. with a fold away bed
Kitchenette has a sink tall fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle and a double ring mini oven, with crockery and cutlery.
Bed linen & Towels are provided. Please bring your beach towels.
Guyscliffe farm is set up high above Combe Martin overlooking the Exmoor hills and Combe Martin bay. GCF is secluded but not remote, with extensive land and woodland surrounding the main house with a great Bar-B-Que area log burner with a sea view. GCF is quiet, tranquil and restful, with plenty of scope to take in the wildlife. The apartment is on the ground floor with great facilities, suitable for two adults. The bedroom configuration is for either a super king-size bed or two singles. The living room has a reclining sofa and table and chairs. Two modern en-suite shower rooms and its own kitchenette. GCF provides a perfect location for exploring the delights of North Devon, with its beaches within short drive of each direction, Combe Martin Bay 5 minutes’ drive down the road. The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. You can hear the lions, wolves and monkeys when the wind is in the right direction. There are lots to do at Guyscliffe Farm, Ilfracombe has and aquarium in the harbour, Verity Statue is 63 ft. high so you can't miss her. Worth a look, not to everyone's taste. Tunnels Beach, Victorian natural bathing pools which top up with water at high tide. Full of marine life and warmer than the sea. Golf course and boat trips. Valley of the Rocks: - Large steep natural valley with rock pinnacles carved out during the ice age. Famous for wild goats, walks and tearooms. Arlington Court National Trust House with gardens and Stage Coach Museum. Bicycle hire in Braunton and Barnstaple. Watermouth Castle. Cliff Railway:- Victorian Water powered railway which links villages of Lynton and Lynmouth. Lundy Island is a 3 mile long rocky island. marine for seabirds, seals, porpoise’s dolphins and sea life. Boats such as the Oldenburg sail regularly from Ilfracombe. The price is reduced due to builder onsite 8-5 monday to friday but this is away from the apartment.
This apartment is located in Ilfracombe. Arlington Court and Arlington Court are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Castle. Exmoor Zoo and Marwood Hill Gardens are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking, snorkeling, and windsurfing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling.
