Langmans Bothy is a beautiful converted barn in a peaceful country hamlet location, it is self contained with parking for 1 car and sleeps 2. The barn is light and airy, comfortably furnished in a lovely stylish decor with a local rustic feel. Outside there is a wonderfully sunny south facing terrace with table and chairs to sit and relax or dine alfresco with a glass of wine. The super sandy Bantham Beach is also within walking distance where you can enjoy surfing, swimming, or just chill out and soak up the Devon sun. Langmans Bothy is a little gem with a character and warmth that will leave a lasting smile and happy memories for all guests lucky enough to stay here.

The space
The living area has a sofa, coffee table, television, dining table and two chairs and a kitchen area. The 'kitchen' is a purpose made kitchen in a cupboard in the living area containing a two ring electric hob, fridge, sink and storage facilities. A good range of cooking utensils are provided.
There is also a separate combi microwave/oven, toaster and kettle.

There is a bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. We provide cotton bed linen and good quality white towels.
The shower room leads from the bedroom and has a walk in shower, basin and loo.

Guest access
The entire Bothy and the small terrace is exclusively yours for your stay.
Guests can use the laundry room which has a separate entrance.
Please note that the garden is private and guests do not have access to this.

Other things to note
There is parking on the drive for one guest car. There is on street parking nearby if you bring a second car.

If you are bringing a dog, we ask you to not to leave it alone please at any time in the property, or to let it get up on the furniture. Please do not exercise your dog in the private garden.

Located in Kingsbridge, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a river. Bigbury Golf Club and Salcombe to Bolt Head Walk are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore South Devon and Dartmoor National Park. Sea N Shore and Salcombe Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Sailing, surfing/body boarding, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
