You can enjoy peaceful walks from the doorstep, or head south and you are in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which offers the lovely old coastal towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth where you can browse many independent shops, restaurants and cafes, all within 15 miles. Further afield and within 25 miles is The South Devon Railway, the historic naval city of Plymouth, the cathedral city of Exeter and Haldon Forest. Step inside the rustic, stylish pod and you will see the brilliantly designed and very comfortable studio style lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area. The lounge area features a cosy sofa and smart TV with views overlooking the garden. This space has been well thought out and has ample room to relax and dine, perfect after exploring what South Devon has to offer during the day. The kitchen is compact yet perfectly appointed and boasts all the essentials including a two ring gas hob, combi microwave oven and fridge with an ice compartment. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed and next to this you will see the well laid out shower room with WC. Moving outside you will step on to a lovely, decked area, with the River Avon next to you making it the perfect place to relax. The decking area overlooks a stunning garden area and also features your own private hot tub and fire pit, making it a great space to spend your evenings. Private off road parking for one car is available in the car park directly outside.
