Woodland Cottage is a delightful stone-built hideaway nestled in over 70 acres of beautiful private grounds. Located near the charming market town of South Molton in North Devon, this charming gem is quiet and secluded. Ideal for couples wishing to spend an extremely relaxing time in this stunning part of the country, you'll love the birdsong, punctuated by just the occasional bleat of sheep.

Spacious, spotless and beautifully furnished throughout, the owner's attention to detail is evident throughout with lots of lovely touches to make your stay special. With lovely flowers placed all around the house, a most wonderful welcome hamper including superb home-made goodies and a cream tea awaiting your arrival, you're guaranteed a very warm welcome.

Downstairs there is an elegant sitting room with comfortable seating and a delightful large dining kitchen with granite work surfaces. The stairs lead to the romance of a light-filled double bedroom, together with a small single room and a modern bathroom with roll top bath.

Outside, a courtyard with outdoor furniture is an amazing sun trap and provides plenty of peace and quiet - the perfect spot to plan which sights to see or which routes to walk next.

The walks from the doorstep are outstanding! Around the cottage over seventy acres of private grounds weave their magic. Potter in the lovely private woodland and enjoy the abundance of wildlife - you may be lucky enough to spot the local red deer, otters and a wide variety of birds. Some guests say that the best part of their stay is hearing the owls at night and the perfect tranquility.
