An open archway leads into the sitting area, home to a sumptuous settee, electric fire and Smart TV for on-demand entertainment. When dinner’s ready, set the dining table with crockery and cutlery and pop open a bottle of fizz, filling your glasses’ while your partner dishes up. There is also a small utility cupboard with dishwasher, so you won’t have to lift a finger when it comes to washing up! Pop on your walking boots and get to know the surrounding area better; meander along the River Avon, starting at the Avon Dam further up in the Dartmoor National Park, scaling down to Avonwick and entering the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a real haven for any outdoor lover.
