Orchard Mews is located on Southmoor Farm in 40 acres of land. Apart from the farmhouse, the majority of land remains untouched, apart from some grass maintenance. The result is acres of secluded 'wild' areas including woodland, meadows, lake, ponds and streams for you to enjoy - nature at its best. Apart from a birdwatchers paradise, we can boast a multitude of wildlife with badgers, deer, fox etc - in fact your very own nature reserve.
Orchard Mews is a peaceful and secluded apartment furnished in modern style, the L-shaped sitting room is cosy with a wood burning stove, Italian leather sofa, large flat screen television and oak dining furniture.
The bedroom has a roomy king size bed, pine furniture and another television for relaxed viewing.
The kitchen is complete with washing machine, dryer, fridge, electric cooker and microwave.
The bathroom has both a bath and separate walk-in shower, large vanity unit toilet and heated towel rail,
Heating is by wood burner with ample supply of logs and convector wall heaters. Electricity is supplied by meter (£1 & £2 coins).
