Charming annexe to the main home set in lovely lawned gardens close to Broadsands beach. This unique place has a style all of its own.

Very convenient Torbay location for all the attractions including Broadsands and Goodrington beaches and Paigton and Brixham towns both only a 5 -minute drive away. You have the best of both worlds.
For the nautical types, all the ferry trips to Dartmouth and beyond are available at Brixham harbour.

The space
A private annnexe with its own front door and a well equipped, modern galley kitchen and a large comfortable lounge diner with a great sofa and 65 inch TV and great views of the largely lawned garden.

Private on-parking and bus stops for routes in either direction immediately outside the property

Supermarkets
There is a large convenience store oppostite the property as well as a chemist, coffee shop and a fish and chip restaurant opposite the property. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins by car turning right out of the house on Dartmouth Road and then right again at the first set of traffic lights onto the new ring road and then lefy at the next set of lights you will find LiDL.

Local Restaurants
Torbay is full of all kinds of award winning cuisines. In the neighbourhood oppostie the property we have Squires award winning Fish and Chip shop restaurant for traditional meals. The Manor Inn at Galmpton is a 15 minute walk away and serves a lovely local menu and gets great reviews every time. The Railway Inn, next to the Dartmouth Steam Railway Churston Ferrers station, has been recently refurbished and is another local recommendation. It is also just a pleasant 15 minute stroll across Churston common.

Broadsands beach (near Elberry Cove) Goodrington beach Steam Railway passes by but get on at Churston, Paignton or Kingswear for the full trip.
