Please note that this property does not seek to replicate a luxury holiday rental, it is a home, made available to guests whilst the owner works away. The property lends itself well to an individual traveller or two, or a couple. It's also very suitable for someone who is working in Plymouth on a temporary basis. The property benefits from ample interior space as well as space to sit outside and relax on a private balcony overlooking woodland. The apartment has 2 bedrooms however one is locked and is not available for guests to access or use during their stay. One bedroom is available for guests to use along with the rest of the apartment which is for guests sole use during their stay. The Bedroom has a zip and link bed which can be configured as either a king size bed or two single beds, to suit guests preferences. Please let our office know your preference after placing your reservation.
