Treetops, Woody Bay

Exmoor. Sleeps up to 2

Treetops is a first floor detached property in Woody Bay, Devon. The whole of the front of the building is glass, flooding the interior with light, and the conversion has produced an extremely attractive Scandinavian feel with lots of pale wood, bright rugs, comfortable furniture and modern fittings to make it a wonderful place in which to escape. It is perfect for couples. Sliding doors lead into a large living room with TV, a DVD player, WiFi (limited), iPod dock, and a dining area and fitted kitchen. It has a king-size bedroom overlooking the deck with a separate bathroom and can sleep two people in one bedroom. It is reached by a flight of wooden steps leading up to a large, private decking area which overlooks a wooded hillside and the North Devon coast in the distance. The property is close to a variety of places that offer outdoor activites such as riding, sea, lake and river fishing, golf and surfing. You can explore all of this at Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, Croyde Bay and Combe Martin. Despite being England’s smallest National Park, Exmoor has been named the most exquisite as it rises behind the rocky cliffs with its moors and streams. The historical market town of Barnstaple is a short drive away, as well as the seaside resort of Minehead. Treetops is the ideal place to visit for a short break with your partner.
