The house is only 100m from Exmouth's 2 miles of sandy beach. The house is a classic Arts and Crafts house dating from 1896 with wonderful features. The house is owned & Run by local watersports and kitesurfing experts - Eric & Steph Bridge of Edge watersports. There are many watersports facilities available locally such as paddle boarding, sailing, kitesurfing, wake boarding and watersking. There is also the possibility of wine tasting and vineyard and winery visits. Amazing sea views, hot tub and seasonal swimming pool (mid May till early October) .
