The original Farmhouse at Sherrill Farm is a great place for large groups or extended families to enjoy a holiday or celebration. Available throughout the year and welcoming short breaks out of season, the Farmhouse is the ideal place to stay when visiting Devon.
Downstairs there are two large living rooms, a dining room with beautiful table, perfect for those special occasions, a very well equipped kitchen and a handy utility room. There is also a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room, which can be made into a family room with the addition of two single beds and sofa bed located on this floor.
Upstairs there are six further bedrooms, including two doubles, one twin, one quadruple and two triple. Two of these rooms are en-suite. There is also a large family bathroom with shower over bath on the first floor.
Outside The Farmhouse has a large private garden where you can enjoy relaxing afternoons or summer evening BBQ's. The added bonus of a hot tub, also makes this farmhouse the ideal place to celebrate a speical occasion.
Whilst staying at Sherrill Farm you can also take advantage of the excellent onsite leisure facilities, which included an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, games room, chidlren's play area, tennis court and fishing lake.
The Farmhouse is available to rent throughtout the year. Short breaks are available outide of the school holidays. Please note included in the price is all bed linen, WiFi and access to the onsite leisure facilities. Dogs are also welcome at The Farmhouse and are charged at an additional £20.
