About the property
Set amongst the owners' 60-acre farm and one of two retreats on the site, Exe Valley Barn offers guests the opportunity to relax and unwind in stylish surroundings. The décor combines traditional rustic charm with modern details and designs to create a wonderful space to do as much or as little as you like. Its idyllic location is perfect for those wishing to explore what Devon has to offer with rolling countryside, moors, valleys and spectacular beaches all within easy reach.
The space
Step inside this spectacular barn conversion and into the open-plan living space. The modern kitchen provides all you will need to self-cater, including an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a large dining table. One of the main features of the space is the impressive wood-burning stove which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the sumptuous L-shaped sofa while you enjoy a movie or two on the Smart TV.
Upstairs, there is a gorgeous mezzanine bedroom with a super-king-size bed, while the second bedroom is complete with bunk beds and perfect for one child. There is also a luxurious bathroom with his and her basins, a walk-in shower and a luxurious stone bath on the main floor.
Venture outside to the private balcony and enjoy the tranquil countryside views while you prepare delicious feasts on the BBQ or venture to the courtyard for an evening around the fire pit.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
