A perfect “Pied da Terre” in the heart of the coastal cliff top village of Mortehoe. Sands is an ideal place to return to after a walk along the Southwest coast path or from one of the beaches nearby. You can even bring your faithful friend as this delightful place accepts one well behaved dog for an additional £20. Sleeps 2/3 but only one shower room.
With good car parking in the local car park within a few minutes’ walk, Sands makes a great all-round holiday home from which to explore all that North Devon is famous for.
Through the front door, directly into the living space, it’s immediately cosy and welcoming with modern grey sofa (it’s also a sofa bed), TV with built in DVD, table and chairs and an electric stove for chillier evenings. The apartment is central heated.
On those blustery days, once inside the quiet cocoon of Sands is just what you need to relax and warm up.
A cute contemporary kitchen is bright and well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and coffee making machine.
Beyond the little kitchen area is a light and modern shower room with quality twin head thermostatic shower, WC and sink basin.
Upstairs the quirky bedroom offers a cosy built in white double bed and ample storage.
Additional info:
Communal boot-room shared with the other 2 apartments with freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and space to hang coats, wetsuits and leave wellies, surf boards and walking boots.
Sofa bed (could take one child or adult at a push) with additional charge for linen at £20
